Administrative Assistant - Salt Lake City
To provide administrative and other professional level support for Data Federal’s customer located in Salt Lake City, UT. Candidate will also support the Personal Identify Verification card process. Administrative assistance will include: general clerical tasks; draft and edit documents; answer telephones, greet customers; administrative functions; schedule badging appointments, coordinate office repairs and act as the logistical coordinator for deliveries; and, other duties assigned or necessitated.
Required Skills: Excellent typing, oral/written communication, and computer skills; ability to work independently or on a team; proficient operating of general office equipment such as multifunction devices and multi-line telephone system; working knowledge of office software and database systems such as Microsoft Office and Excel. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. • Must be able to pass a background check and be eligible to work on a federal government facility.
